Resumo

The present article is concerning the causal relation with the approach of subsunction under scientific laws (universal and statistical laws), aiming at improving the model of causal relation in legal liability according to the causal laws and the nomological knowledge, as an objective criteria of assessment of the relation amongst concrete events criminally relevant. One deals with the autonomous causal series, the impossible crime, the omission criminally relevant, and the act of God. Besides, one also makes considerations about the level of frequency that a coverage law should have in order to achieve certain results. At last, there is an approach about the mathematical proof in criminal procedure
